Aly is a product of Alyvon, operated by Skyyr Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our").

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist reserves your place in line for early access to Aly. It does not guarantee access by any particular date — invites go out in waves, in signup order, as capacity allows. We may adjust timing, capacity, or the program itself at any time.

Beta tester offer

If you opt in as a beta tester, your first 30 days of access are free, after which your account moves to founder pricing, locked in for as long as your account remains active. The first 500 verified signups are eligible for founder pricing whether or not they opt into the beta; beta testers are not a separate allocation against that 500.

SMS messaging

By checking the SMS consent box on the waitlist form, you agree to receive the specific informational messages described there — a verification code and your invite notification — at the number you provide. See our Privacy Policy for how that number and your other information are handled.

Message frequency, rates, and opt-out

Message frequency varies — expect a verification code at signup and one invite notification later, nothing beyond that. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Text STOP at any time to opt out of further messages, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use Aly.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product and program evolve. Continued participation in the waitlist after a change means you accept the update.
