Aly is a product of Alyvon, operated by Skyyr Digital LLC ("we", "us", "our").

What we collect on this page

When you join the waitlist at alyvon.life, we collect your first name, phone number, SMS consent choice, whether you'd like to be a beta tester, and — if present in the link you followed — the campaign source of that link. Nothing else on this page is collected.

What it's used for

Your phone number is used to text you a one-time verification code and, later, the message letting you know your invite is ready. Your position on the waitlist is assigned once your number is verified, in signup order.

Our SMS program

Checking the SMS consent box on the waitlist form is the only way a phone number is opted in — it's unticked by default, and nothing here texts a number that hasn't explicitly agreed. Message frequency is low and fixed: one text carrying a one-time verification code right after signup, and later, one text letting you know your invite is ready. That's the entire program — no recurring marketing messages, no other cadence. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or see the Terms of Service for the full messaging disclosures.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.

Who it's shared with

We use Go High Level as our SMS and CRM platform to deliver the texts described above, and Supabase to store your signup record — neither is permitted to use your information for its own marketing. Telecom carriers necessarily see your number to route the messages you've asked for.

We also use this page's signup activity for our own marketing: to measure how the page performs (Google Analytics, PostHog), and to reach people who resemble our existing audience through advertising platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram). If you'd rather we not use your information this way, email us at the address below and we'll honor that.

How long we keep it

If a phone number is never verified, its signup record expires and is no longer active after 72 hours. Verified signups are kept for as long as needed to run the waitlist and, if you go on to use the Aly app, to carry your position and preferences forward.

Cookies & tracking

This page uses Google Analytics (GA4) and PostHog to understand how visitors use it, and may use advertising cookies or pixels from platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to measure our ad campaigns and build audiences. These tools may set cookies in your browser. This is specific to this marketing page — the Aly app itself does not use advertising trackers.

Data security

Every connection to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). Your signup record is stored in a database with row-level security enabled and no public read or write access — only our own service, not even our own front-end, can query it directly, and it isn't exposed to any anonymous or client-side request. Verification codes are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further messages at any time. If you're a California resident, you have the right to opt out of your information being shared for advertising purposes — email us at the address below to do so. To have your waitlist record removed entirely, use the same address.
